"Finans Corporate Services" is a management consultancy firm offering a suite of corporate banking advisory and arranging 'Best-In-Class' structured working capital finance solutions for our clients. Founders of "Finans" has combined experience of more 50 years in the banking industry. Finans's corporate advisory solutions focuses on providing holistic resolutions on all aspects of banking and finance.

Finans Corporate Services aims to deliver an enabling and friendly ecosystem for lending to Indian MSMEs and mid/large corporates. The company aims to transform business financing experience of not only first generation entrepreneurs but existing businessman who are planning to take on credit to create a business enterprise of greater scale and of substantial financial strength into their respective industries. The company uses latest analytical and AI based software tools to provide seamless experience to our customers and arrange best of the Indian financial market products related to loan, insurance and investment for our valuable and esteemed customers. We ensure all our products compliments our client's requirements and privilege.

We are currently based in Delhi NCR and catering to clients in all major cities of India. Company is aiming to start local offices in major north Indian cities in FY2023-24.

Highly proficient in SME / Emerging Corporates / Corporate Credit administration involving credit appraisals, sanction of advances and delinquency management etc., proficiency in Corporate Banking compliances and processes

Mr. Vashisht headed Wholesale Banking Services for North India in his last assignment with Axis Bank.

Oct. 2022 - Co-Founded Finans Corporate Services in field of corporate advisory and fund-raising.

Mr. Amit Kumar Tanwar

Profile: Experience of 18 years with leading banks like American Express, HDFC, ICICI, YES BANK, INDUSIND BANK. Banking experience consists of Transaction Banking, Business Banking, Retail liabilities etc.

Founded – loan4msme.com in 2019 for corporate advisory & fund-raising aimed at MSMEs

Co-Founded Finans Corporate Services in 2022 to serve MSMEs, mid/large corporates for their banking & finance requirements and for rendering corporate advisory services.

Mr. Tanwar is B.Sc., MBA – International Business, Certified in SME & Project Finance.

Ex. Chairman & Managing Director Canara Bank

Mr. Dubey started his banking career with Punjab National Bank (PNB) from Nov. 1977 as a Management Trainee and rose to the level of General Manager (GM) in March 2008 after working at different levels. He held the Office of Executive Director (ED) of Central Bank of India from Sept, 2010 to Jan, 2013. Then moved to Canara bank as CMD and turned around the bank in less than two years by galvanizing the entire staff of the Bank, turning the focus on Retail banking, SME banking and technological advancements.

He is M.A., LLB, CAIIB, MBA (HR) & PhD.

Mr. Arvind Arya

Mr. Arya is a career banker with 37 years of banking experience. He started his career with State Bank Group in 1985, After a decade moved to Axis Bank, he worked across roles, mostly relating to credit and SME in Kolkata, Delhi and Mumbai.

He headed the Axis Bank's wholesale banking operations comprising of credit, trade and forex for last 10 years till his superannuation in May 2022.
